Registration and Account

Simply fill up the registration form here and you’re ready to go!
Your account allows us to track your orders to serve you better. You can also view your previous transactions and re-order the same basket of products, saving you the time and hassle.
Go to the login page and click on “Forgotten Password”. Fill up your email for verification, and the new password will be sent to your email.

Order

Browse our online catalogue and place orders instantly. Pay online and your order is confirmed upon receiving an email confirmation from us! For large quantity orders, email us at hello@thesillygreens.com or call us at +65 6253 1179.
For products that you are unable to find on our site or for large quantity orders, call us at +65 6253 1179.
Minimum order quantity is 1 UOM (1 carton/box/bag). All products at TheSillyGreens are sold according to their UOM.
Give us a call at +65 6253 1179 and we will tend to your request.
You will receive two emails – one containing your order summary and another with your payment confirmation. Receipt of both of these emails mean that your order has been confirmed.
You cannot cancel or change your orders online. For order cancellations, you may call us to cancel before 09:00AM on the day of delivery. After 09:00AM, orders will have been processed for delivery that day and can no longer be cancelled. For order changes, you will need to cancel your current order and place your new order online. We regret that cancelled orders cannot be refunded.
For small quantity orders, you will have to place your orders manually and make payment for each purchase. You may re-order your previous carts by clicking on the “Re-Order” button in your order history. For large quantity orders, email us at hello@thesillygreens.com or call us at +65 6253 1179.
Drop us an email at hello@thesillygreens.com with the products and quantity you require, as well as expected delivery date (whether one-off or recurring, if applicable).

Payment

We only accept online payment via Paypal. Payment will be immediate upon purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation that your payment has been accepted.

Delivery

On working days, orders placed before 10:00AM can be delivered on the same day starting from 2:00pm. Orders made after 10:00AM can be delivered by the next working day. On non-working days, orders placed can be delivered by the next working day.

If you do not wish to get your products on the same day, you may also select your preferred delivery date at checkout. You may select delivery dates up to 7 days later.

Our working days are Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. 
Yes, you may specify the delivery date up to 7 days later.
No. You may only request for specific delivery dates. Delivery times will be from 2:00pm onwards on that date.
We deliver within mainland Singapore only.
Yes, delivery will be charged at $1.40 per kg. For large quantity orders, feel free to email us at hello@thesillygreens.com or call us at +65 6773 6275.
Yes, you may. However, separate orders must be made for each delivery address, subject to the minimum order requirement of 1 UOM.
If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the delivery, TheSillyGreens reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to the sum of (1) 100% of the total dollar value of your items (since our items are custom-ordered and guaranteed fresh) plus (2) a re-delivery fee.

Self-Collection

Yes, you may choose to collect your order from one of our collection points as indicated in the Check-out Page.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are dissatisfied with the delivery, we will offer an alternative or refund. Please return the items so that we can collect it for our quality control officer. Dissatisfaction with product deliveries must be expressed at the point of acceptance of delivery to be valid. We do not accept returns for wrongly placed orders.
For products that are found to be missing, we will offer a refund or arrange for a re-delivery, depending on your choice. Please highlight the issue to the delivery driver and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
